BOOKING POLICY

I’m so excited to be part of your wedding day. To ensure everything runs smoothly and expectations are clear from the beginning, please take a moment to review the booking terms below.

Securing Your Date

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking.

Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is to be paid prior to your wedding day.

Final payment details and due dates will be outlined in your booking confirmation to ensure everything is finalised well ahead of your celebration.

Cancellations

If your plans change, the following terms apply:

  • More than six weeks before your wedding date:
    Any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Within six weeks of your wedding date:
    No refund will be issued.

The $250 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it secures your date and covers initial preparation and administration.

All applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your wedding date due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll always do my best to accommodate your new date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability, and if I am available, your booking can be transferred to the new date.

Travel

Travel within 80km of Yass, NSW is included in your package.

Any additional travel may incur a fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver the level of service Wedded is known for, your timely communication and participation are essential.

This includes:

  • Completing any required questionnaires or forms

  • Providing requested information within agreed timeframes

  • Responding to key communications leading up to your wedding

For example:

  • Personalised ceremonies rely on completed questionnaires and shared details

  • Wedding timelines and coordination require accurate and complete information

If required information is not provided, this may impact my ability to deliver the service as intended.

Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to cancel a booking if sufficient information is not provided to allow me to deliver a high-quality service.

If this occurs:

  • You will be notified in writing

  • Any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded

This is to ensure every couple receives the level of care, preparation, and attention that Wedded is committed to providing.

Celebrancy Requirements

For celebrant services, there are a few legal requirements to be aware of:

  • A Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be completed at least one month prior to your wedding date

  • Valid identification will be required

  • All legal paperwork will be prepared, lodged, and managed by me
